F.A.Q.Frequently Asked Questions

Please select your desired item(s) and add them to your shopping bag. Once satisfied with your selection, follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. As soon as you confirm your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. After your order is received it is usually processed within 2-8 working days. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a second email containing useful information regarding dispatch and delivery.

Once you have placed an order and it is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.

For your very own convenience, we suggest the following payment methods for your purchases:

  1. Credit Card or Debit Card
  2. Paypal

Please check the card details listed in your account to ensure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date or your billing address.

Ensure that you entered the security code correctly – the three-digit number on the back of your card.

Your payment may have been declined by your bank – please check with your bank.

If you’ve checked all of the above, we suggest that you try paying with another credit card.

You can cancel your order only in the two following cases:

  1. Before completing and verifying your order
    Through the online order process, you can go to “My Shopping Bag” and click on the “X” button (Remove).
  2. After completing your order
    Notify us 24 hours after you have placed your order, only if it has not yet been dispatched yet. Please contact us at info@meliecjewelrystudio.com for further assistance.

You have the right to ask for a refund and to return a product, strictly within 30 days, counting from the date you have received your order.

You cannot get a refund if your order was customized just for you.

By requesting a refund you will be charged with:

  • The shipping cost
  • The insurance cost
  • The product clearance cost (regarding non-E.U. Countries)

Refund Process:
Contact us at info@meliecjewelrystudio.com within the above period of 30 days and we will guide you through the process.

Refund is accepted only if each product you wish to return:

  1. Is in the same excellent condition as delivered, untouched and unused, inside the original packaging.
  2. Is accompanied by the original receipt and all other documents of purchase.

You have the right to return an order and to ask for an exchange with another, strictly within 30 days from the date you have received your order.

You cannot get an exchange if your order was customized just for you.

By requesting an exchange you will be charged with:

  • The shipping cost
  • The insurance cost
  • The product clearance cost (regarding non-E.U. Countries)

When your order has been delivered, we recommend you to personally check the packaging and the product’s condition.

Change of already returned products will not be allowed.

It is not possible to change your billing address once an order has been placed and you have received the order confirmation email. For further assistance, please contact us info@meliecjewelrystudio.com

We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs, quarantine fees, or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them.

Yes, orders can be delivered to the address of your selection. You may add your personal address to the payment process and then choose another ‘delivery address’ on the confirmation step of your order (when wishing to offer someone a gift).

Please make sure to enter the right billing and shipping addresses.

All orders are gift wrapped and ready to be shared with your favorite people! If you want us to include a handwritten note inside just let us know when you are placing your order!
We try to be as waste-free as possible so multiple pieces of jewelry are placed in a single box unless stated otherwise.
